While the statistics on crime seem to indicate that crime rates are dropping many people are not reassured by this and know that there is a difference between reported crime and actual crime.
The Canada Line will be opening soon and many people fear that this will give easy access for criminals to come to Richmond.
I would like to see a greater presence of police on the beat and on bikes rather than in their cruisers.
